The fifth round of the annual Techmania Festival, which was organized by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy was jointly overseen by the Korea Institute for the Advancement of Technology and the Korea Industrial Technology Foundation for Cross-Media and Culture, is a place where many techno-lovers compete their skills. More than 300 college students and the general public attended the regional preliminary round and competed in the robot race, marathon and radio-controlled car racing. Park Yong-hyun, Chung Eui-kyung and nine won the robot race while six people including Kwon Chang-woo won prizes in car racing.
